Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Translate overarching marketing strategies into detailed, actionable plans and campaigns to drive business objectives.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution of all activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies based on campaign results and market feedback.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to maximise organic reach and ensure effective website and landing page performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 1–2 years handling senior-level responsibilities or project leadership.
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, and email marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with basic graphic design tools.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills for multiple formats and channels.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Make calls to customers to explain treatment guidance.
  • Update and keep track of customers’ status.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints and enquiries by establishing a strong rapport with customers through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Liaison with customers on transport arrangements for goods delivery and generate delivery orders.
  • Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates as Customer Service Executives will have to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
