If you have paid for Clear Aligner treatment, you will only be refunded if you are unable to begin Clear Aligners treatment as advised by one of our dental partners.
To process the refund, we will contact and ask for your bank details. Your refund shall be processed via bank transfer within 3 business days.
Dr Clear Aligners Product purchases are only eligible for exchange if:
The Product physically faulty and/or damaged.
Return is made within 30 days of delivery.
The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered.
The exchange must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product and it must meet the above criteria. Before you send back your purchase, do contact us. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your exchange or refund request with your name, order number and reason for doing so. Once our team approves your request, you may send the product back to us.
In order to send your Dr Clear Aligner Product back to us:
Place your item back in its original packaging
Post your item back to us using any local postal service. Please note down your personal tracking number, if any. We are unable to exchange items that are lost in the mail and that have no proof of tracking
Once your item has been received by our team, we will process your exchange or refund request and notify you.
